Different research led by consulting agencies such as Econsultancy, Walker, HBR, and PWC emphasizes that customer experience will be one of the top three priorities for CEOs by 2025. Companies taking their customer's experience seriously will reap big financial rewards. This got me thinking when I had my last memorable experience with a brand? Well, I recently came across a Danish insurance app called "Un-Do" and the end-to-end experience completely wowed me away! Why? The app was super easy to use, personalized to my needs, and super time effective. Un-Do checks all three boxes when it comes to the top trends in customer experience. Hats off to the Un-Do team!
